天际瀑布的触发式异能不会横置生物。它能指定任何生物为目标，无论它是横置或重置状态。如果该生物在其操控者的下一个重置步骤中已重置，则该效应不会生效。

Skyline Cascade's triggered ability doesn't tap the creature. It can target any creature, tapped or untapped. If that creature is already untapped at the beginning of its controller's next untap step, the effect won't do anything.
