  不具有飞行异能的生物咒语不能减少费用，即使有效应会让它在进战场后获得飞行异能也是一样。就算该生物咒语在战场上会具有满足特定条件即可获得飞行的异能，且当前已达成相关条件，它也不算作是具飞行异能。

  A creature spell that doesn't have flying won't cost less even if an effect will cause the creature to have flying once on the battlefield. This is also true if the creature spell itself has an ability that gives it flying once on the battlefield under certain conditions, even if those conditions are true.

  此费用减少之效应只对你施放之具飞行异能的生物咒语费用中之一般法术力的部分生效。举例来说，如果你施放第二个护球守卫，则后者的费用也不会降到{白}{蓝}以下。

  The cost reduction applies only to generic mana in the cost of creature spells with flying you cast. For example, if you cast a second Watcher of the Spheres, its cost won't be reduced below {W}{U}.

  要计算咒语的总费用，先从要支付的法术力费用或替代性费用开始，加上费用增加的数量，然后再减去费用减少的数量（例如护球守卫的效应）。无论施放咒语的总费用为何，该咒语的法术力值都不会改变。

  To determine the total cost of a spell, start with the mana cost or alternative cost you're paying, add any cost increases, then apply any cost reductions (such as that of Watcher of the Spheres). The mana value of the spell remains unchanged, no matter what the total cost to cast it was.
